Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) ist eine Nachdiplomausbildung der Hochschulen und entspricht mindestens 10 ECTS-Punkten. Dieses CAS verlangt 12 ECTS-Punkte.

The CAS Chinese Business Management teaches specialized management-knowledge applied to the Chinese market. The students develop the necessary skills to incorporate current theories to teal life cases and adapt business ideas to their individual situation and backgrounds.

• The implications of China’s rising influence on the world stage
• Features of business and management styles in Chinese firms
• Globalization strategies for Chinese enterprises and critical issues for their operations in Europe
• Key marketing concepts and their application in China
• Managing cross-cultural companies with international employees
• Advantages and risks involved in cross-border acquisitions

In addition to the regular lectures, electives such as seminars and company visits enrich the curriculum.

Attendance: 3 full days per week
