Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) ist eine Nachdiplomausbildung der Hochschulen und entspricht mindestens 10 ECTS-Punkten. Dieses CAS verlangt 10 ECTS-Punkte.

Crypto Compliance is rapidly emerging as a key field in the financial sector, with growing demand for further education. This surge is driven by the increasing number of financial institutions offering crypto assets to their clients or handling fiat proceeds from crypto-related investments. The University of Zurich is well-positioned in both research and teaching to meet this demand.

Crypto assets have become a significant new asset class in the financial world. Beyond Bitcoin, many other crypto assets are now widely used. Numerous banks already have direct or indirect exposure to these assets. The reasons for offering them vary—from meeting customer demand and diversifying investment portfolios to embracing technological innovation.

However, the adoption of new technologies brings fresh challenges and questions. This is why the UZH Blockchain Center is taking a leading role in researching how to navigate the risks and opportunities of banks’ exposure to crypto assets.
