Der Lehrgang ist eine betriebswirtschaftliche Managementausbildung mit hohem Praxisbezug. Der Lehrgang richtet sich an Personen mit kaufmännischer Vorbildung und vermittelt das Fundament für eine Kaderposition.

Diese Managementausbildung ist gleichzeitig Basis für mehrere eidgenössische Fachausweise und an der HSO das erste Jahr der Höheren Fachschule für Wirtschaft.
